Reflow Ovens

Reflow Oven Machines are used for soldering PCB boards in a Surface Mount Technology (SMT line). After the SMD chip is placed on the PCB board using a pick and place machine or smt machines, the PCB board passes through a Reflow Soldering Machine, which has multiple heating zones with certain temperatures where solder paste is melted and cooled down, resulting in forming solid electrical connections with tiny chips.
