One-Year Warranty Claim Policy for SMT Equipment

We offer a one-year warranty on all SMT equipment to ensure reliable performance and customer satisfaction. The following terms and conditions apply to this warranty policy:

Warranty Coverage

  1. Duration:

    • The warranty is valid for 12 months from the customer’s delivery date.
  2. Scope:

    • Covers manufacturing defects, equipment malfunctions, and component failures under normal operating conditions.
    • Includes repairs or replacement of defective parts.
    • Applicable to main SMT equipment and critical functional components.
  3. Exclusions:
    The warranty does not cover:

    • Damage caused by improper operation, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications.
    • Consumable parts such as nozzles, feeders, belts, filters, or wear-and-tear components.
    • Failures caused by external factors such as power surges, accidents, fire, water damage, or other acts of nature.
    • Third-party repairs or services without prior authorization.

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Notification:

    • Customers must notify us of the issue in writing within the warranty period.
    • Provide the following details:
      • Description of the problem.
      • Equipment serial number and proof of purchase.
      • Photos and/or videos to support the claim.
  2. Inspection:

    • If required, the faulty equipment or parts must be shipped to us for inspection.
    • The customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from our service center.
  3. Resolution:

    • Upon verification of the issue, we will:
      • Repair the defective part or equipment.
      • Replace the faulty part if repair is not feasible.
    • Repairs and replacements will be conducted at no additional cost within the warranty period.

No Refund Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds for SMT equipment under any circumstances. All sales are final.


Customer Responsibilities

  • Properly maintain and operate the equipment according to the provided user manual and specifications.
  • Ensure that the equipment is installed by qualified personnel.
  • Report issues promptly to avoid further damage.
