We offer a one-year warranty on all SMT equipment to ensure reliable performance and customer satisfaction. The following terms and conditions apply to this warranty policy:
Warranty Coverage

- The warranty is valid for 12 months from the customer’s delivery date.

Scope:
- Covers manufacturing defects, equipment malfunctions, and component failures under normal operating conditions.
- Includes repairs or replacement of defective parts.
- Applicable to main SMT equipment and critical functional components.

Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover:- Damage caused by improper operation, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications.
- Consumable parts such as nozzles, feeders, belts, filters, or wear-and-tear components.
- Failures caused by external factors such as power surges, accidents, fire, water damage, or other acts of nature.
- Third-party repairs or services without prior authorization.
Warranty Claim Process

Notification:
- Customers must notify us of the issue in writing within the warranty period.
- Provide the following details:
- Description of the problem.
- Equipment serial number and proof of purchase.
- Photos and/or videos to support the claim.

Inspection:
- If required, the faulty equipment or parts must be shipped to us for inspection.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from our service center.

- Upon verification of the issue, we will:
- Repair the defective part or equipment.
- Replace the faulty part if repair is not feasible.
- Repairs and replacements will be conducted at no additional cost within the warranty period.
