Dual Rail PCB Conveyor

Dual Rail PCB Conveyor is a precision inline transport system designed to handle two PCB lanes simultaneously within a single conveyor unit. It supports parallel processing, making it ideal for high-throughput SMT production lines that operate with dual-lane reflow ovens, pick-and-place machines, or inspection systems. Each rail operates independently, allowing separate control of speed and board width for different PCB sizes or production tasks.

Parallel PCB Transport for Double-Sided SMT Lines

The conveyor ensures accurate alignment and smooth transfer of boards using anti-static belts or edge clamps. Its dual-lane design optimizes factory floor space and significantly increases production efficiency by enabling two workflows on one line. It is fully SMEMA compatible and supports integration with both single and dual-lane equipment.
