Description
NG OK Automatic PCB Unloader
NG OK Automatic PCB Unloader is a precision-engineered PCB handling machine designed to automatically separate and unload good (OK) and defective (NG) PCBs after inspection or testing stages in an SMT production line. This intelligent PCB unloader uses programmable logic and sensors to direct OK boards into one magazine and NG boards into another, improving sorting efficiency, traceability, and reducing manual intervention.
Smart Sorting Solution for SMT Lines
It is typically used after AOI machines, ICT testers, or functional testers, where real-time judgment is made on board quality. The system can be integrated into both single-lane and dual rail conveyor configurations, and its smooth belt conveyor or pusher mechanism ensures safe PCB transport without damage.
