Description
PCB Reject Conveyor
PCB Reject Conveyor is an intelligent board handling unit designed to automatically isolate and remove failed or defective PCBs from the SMT production line. It is typically installed after inspection systems such as AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) or functional test stations. When a PCB is flagged as defective, this conveyor diverts it to a designated reject area, preventing it from continuing down the production line and ensuring only good boards proceed to the next process.
Inline Conveyor for Faulty PCB Isolation
PCB reject conveyor unit helps improve quality control by ensuring quick, traceable separation of NG (No Good) boards. It can be configured with a pass-through lane for good PCBs and a stop-and-hold mechanism for failed boards, depending on the line setup. The reject conveyor is fully SMEMA compatible and integrates seamlessly with inspection or test equipment.
