Description
Solder Infeed and Outfeed Conveyor
The Solder Infeed and Outfeed Conveyor is a dedicated board handling system used to smoothly transfer PCBs into and out of soldering equipment such as reflow ovens or wave soldering machines. These conveyors ensure stable and accurate board alignment before soldering and provide safe, controlled transfer after the soldering process is complete. Designed with heat-resistant materials and adjustable conveyor speed, they maintain the quality of PCBs while optimizing line efficiency.
Reliable Board Transfer for Reflow and Wave Soldering
The infeed conveyor prepares and positions the board for entry into the soldering zone, while the outfeed conveyor cools and supports PCBs as they exit, preventing warping or component shift during the critical post-solder phase. Both conveyors can be easily integrated into existing SMT lines and are compatible with standard SMEMA connections.
